For the second year running, in 2017, Aberystwyth University was one of the highest climbers in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide – and was also voted one of the Top 10 Universities in the UK in the 2017 Whatuni Student Choice Awards.
The Conference Office markets and sells to all external residential business customers to the University, and also provides an essential conference and hospitality service to its internal customers – the academic and service departments. Products include conferences, meetings, events, weddings, group travel, family and group holiday accommodation, fieldwork for schools and colleges, and budget overnight accommodation.
Aberystwyth University’s commercial activities provide a valuable financial contribution to institutional marketing, sustaining the workforce and supplementing departmental funds – all of which combine to provide the students with the best possible service.
